Which payment methods are accepted? Is the transaction safe?
Thanks to the Secure Server provided by Hostgator, as well as GnuPG Encryption, purchasing a license from our web site is safe and secure. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card for Online Orders. Payment may also be made by Check or Money Order for orders mailed to us.

How long does it take to receive my license information?
Orders are typically processed within 6 hours, but may take up to 36 hours. Also, orders are not processed on Sundays or US Federal Holidays. If after 36 hours you have not received information on the status of your order, please contact
support@dreamscapesoftware.com.
How can I retrieve my lost license information?
Will I receive a copy of the software and registration information by mail?
No, we deliver all of our orders electronically. The ability to burn a backup copy of our products is relatively easy, but if you are still in need of a physical copy of our products then please contact
support@dreamscapesoftware.com.
Are updates free?
Licensed users will received free updates for 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1 year, Licensed Users will receive a discount on the current purchase price.
How much will I pay in taxes?
Purchases made by individuals in Wisconsin are charged an extra 5.5 percent sales tax.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds since we can not revoke registration information once it is sent. However, we will gladly help you to overcome any issue. Furthermore, we do offer Evaluation Editions of our software that potential customers should try before purchasing.
What is your privacy policy?
The protection of your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. Therefore,
- Dreamscape Software will never share or sell your personal information to a third party, unless it is necessary in order to provide a purchased product.
- Dreamscape Software does not store your credit card information anywhere on it's web server.
- Dreamscape Software must keep specific order information to provide you with future service, such as re-sending lost registration information. Dreamscape Software takes reasonable precautions to ensure the protection of stored personal information.
- Dreamscape Software will email you occasionally to let you know about major events. However, if you wish to be removed from the mailing list, contact us.
